As you can see from the video, no real change. Being in the wind causes a greater count.
The radiation from Japan will most likely not make it t the US in any great amount, but to be sure, I am going to start daily monitoring. Each day I will post my reported doses. I am traveling around my area with a Geiger Counter and documenting my readings.
I will use the same places each day.
My areas will be my parking lot, my drive home on the interstate. These are my two official counts.

Well, it looks like reactor one has indeed melted down.
The website http://world-nuclear-news.org/RS_Battle_to_stabilise_earthquake_reactors_1203111.html has posted that the radiation leaving the plant has been monitored at 500 uSv (/hr, I assume).
This is a good amount of radiation and not something to take lightly… I hope the containment vessel holds!
